How to handle Monday- 1) Don’t hit the snooze button…get up and go! 2) Get your workout in-Getting the body in a proper state will help manage the challenges and emotions to come its way 3) Take 5 minutes to read or listen to something inspirational 4) Don’t look at work emails until you’ve done #1, 2 and 3!! and 5) Take a brisk walk at lunch or in the afternoon-it boosts endorphins which can reduce stress hormones and alleviate mild depression!
