Plyo Time!! Plyometric training is ideal for athletes looking to improve muscular power, speed and strength. It’s different than typical strength training that involve long, slow movements used to increase muscular strength and mass. Our workouts think about and cover every possible area of training…I love that!! Just need to show up!!
