My runners have experienced great results with our programs. Agility training, like the move featured here is a MUST. If you are a runner you should not just run. You need to mix it up with functional fitness and cross training. Agility training focuses on balance, speed, strength and body control. It is an important aspect in many sports. Good agility+performance, faster response and lessen the risk of injury. Yes, please!!
