Learned a new move and this one is a killer. Reverse Mountain Climbers. It’s a great move to strengthen your hamstrings and also your core! I used to do the same workouts all the time and wonder why I did not get results. It is so important to constantly try new things, new programs, switch things up to surprise your muscles. Only then will you see real change and results!!
