Somedays I’m stronger, have more energy and fit in those jeans a little better. Somedays not so much. But I have learned to love the process and accept that I am in control. I know as soon as I finish that workout, my mood will improve, I will be more productive and I will be a better wife and mother.
Focus on learning to love the process and making healthy choices each day and the results will follow!!!
