Back On Track!

It feels so good to be back in my routine and back on track! I love traveling and vacation but there is something about meals at home and getting back into your regular fitness routine. Jumping back into my program and feeling great!

It’s not about the scale. It’s not about losing the weight. It’s not about getting to a certain point and stopping. I used to think there was an end-game in my health and fitness journey. But it has been so much more than that!! Now, it is my daily medication. As important as food and air. It’s how I keep my sanity!! Somedays I’m stronger, have more energy and fit in those jeans a little better. Somedays not so much. But I have learned to love the process and accept that I am in control. I know as soon as I finish that workout, my mood will improve, I will be more productive and I will be a better wife and mother. Focus on learning to love the process and making healthy choices each day and the results will follow!!!
