Legs, Legs, Legs!!! They are the biggest muscle in your body so you should work them a lot and go heavy on the weights. One of my pet peeves is when women say they will “bulk up” from lifting weights. Strength Training has so many benefits and did you know that research shows it outperforms running, cycling, rowing and other cardio exercises when it comes to keeping your metabolism up! So lift! And lift heavy!!
