Every Day!!

First thing. This is one of my favorite total body moves. Let me know if you like it too.
Second thing. I was thinking today that exercise is such a necessity for me now. Like eating and breathing it has become that important of a part of in my day!! It makes it easy since it’s all done first thing from home while the little one still sleeps. When I miss, I notice so much in my emotions and stress so I consider it like the medicine I need each day! Try to make it a non-negotiable part of your day and see the magic happen!!
