It’s a low energy week for me but I am pushing through!! You cannot get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good. You have to PUSH every day. I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be the same energy level…some days are great…some not so much. But the key is to show up and give it all the effort you can!! So if you’re not feeling great today, go for a walk, get your body moving somehow. Make as many good choices as you can!! You can do this!!
