Okay so if you know me I’m more of a weight lifting chick…interval training lover. Country inspired dance fitness? I was hesitant to try but I did and was so surprised!! First of all, it was FUN!! Second, I was sweating like crazy!! I could feel parts of my legs and core that had not been worked in a while!! If you are looking for a LOW IMPACT and FUN OPTION this is it!!
