I really believe this health and fitness thing is a spiritual issue. It can be a battle and the enemy expects you to fall apart and give up on your dreams. But when you overcome, it gives the enemy a nervous breakdown!! God has the final say. He wants you to workout and feel great about yourself. When you over indulge and cheat, that’s all from the enemy!! It’s the enemy’s way of attacking you and preventing you from reaching your true potential. When you do not feel good about yourself that leads to a domino effect of a poor mood and poor choices. When you think of it this way you will have more of a DEFENSE!!! Be strong against the enemy!! PUSH!!

It’s a low energy week for me but I am pushing through!! You cannot get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good. You have to PUSH every day. I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be the same energy level…some days are great…some not so much. But the key is to show up and give it all the effort you can!! So if you’re not feeling great today, go for a walk, get your body moving somehow. Make as many good choices as you can!! You can do this!!
